QA Tester (Automation & Manual)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans for automation.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Develop automated test suites for API endpoints.
• Conduct thorough Manual testing of software applications to identify and report defects, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.
• Work closely with developers to analyze and understand application code to enhance test automation coverage.
• Participate in test case reviews and contribute to the improvement of testing processes.
• Monitor and maintain automated test suites, ensuring they remain up-to-date with the latest application changes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the testing process and implement best practices.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Tester.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Knowledge of tools like Java Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JMeter, Gatling, Postman, etc.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, and test case design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
