Back End Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement server-side logic to ensure the proper functioning of web applications.
• Handle requests from the front end and respond with the appropriate data or actions.
• Design, create, and maintain databases that store and retrieve data efficiently.
• Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity and security.
• Build and maintain Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to facilitate communication between the front end and the server.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to define and implement API endpoints.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and external databases to enhance the functionality of the application.
• Identify and resolve performance issues, optimizing the speed and efficiency of the back-end processes.
• Work closely with front-end developers to understand requirements and ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end components.
• Plan and implement solutions that ensure the scalability of the application as user traffic and data grow.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Back End  Developer or similar role.
• Strong back-end development skills with expertise in server-side technologies like Node.js, Laravel, Postgres, MySQL, and Mongo DB
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Knowledge of RESTfullAPI design and development.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
