We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Back Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our back office by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting other departments as needed. Project Location(s): Ranchi, Jharkhand

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of transactions and company activities.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, managing documents, and updating databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with front-office staff and other departments to ensure timely task completion.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and office equipment.
  • Handle internal and external communication via phone, email, or other platforms.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor degree
  • Experience: Proven experience in a back-office, administrative, or similar role (Minimum 1 year experience).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
